Synposis

'My One and Only' is a dark thriller about stalking and obsessive love in our modern world of constant communication. On the South Coast of England, a single 40 something, has broken up with her married lover, Ben, and to spite him goes out on a date with Noah, who she met on a dating app. What follows is a cautionary tale in not letting go of a relationship that the other party does not want. The twists and turns show what dangers, both psychological and physical that lurk in our modern world of constant communication.
